Espresso may be a tiny beverage, but its nuances are not easily understood without training. Step up to the espresso machine and learn the Specialty Coffee Association's global standards for espresso preparation. We'll cover everything from grinder calibration and recipe development to workflow and service standards.
This introductory class is ideal for new and aspiring baristas, or anyone who has (or is considering) a home espresso machine and wants to fine-tune their technique to achieve the best possible results.
